As we step into 2026 in a few weeks, I want to share something important with you about the future of this newsletter — and about the future of my work.

For the past three years, I’ve been deeply focused on helping federal employees understand, navigate, and benefit from artificial intelligence. It’s been an honor to serve this community. Your support, your questions, and your curiosity kept me going, even during seasons when I wasn’t sure where this journey would lead.

But as AI pivots, I’m pivoting too.

Beginning in 2026, this newsletter will shift toward a new creative direction:
